Two ways to raise funds for your organization at Harold's Inn.

Gift Certificate Fundraiser:

Overview:

Each member of your organization is given an envelope with two (2) gift certificates to Harold's Inn, each of the gift certificates is valued at $20.

Your members have one week to sell the gift certificates.

At the end of the week your members return the envelope to you with the $40.

Your organization keeps 20% of everything sold.


Benefits:

     ♦ Big 20% Return.

     ♦ There is no cost to your organization. We will pay for the cost of the program.

     ♦ No Risk. There is no inventory to buy, no supplies and no cost.

     ♦ There is very little for you as "organizers" of this fundraiser to do except take the credit for the success of this fundraiser. It is easy.

     ♦ Quick. Short time line - one week to sell the two gift certificates Monday to Sunday.
     ♦ Each member only needs to sell TWO certificates (unless they would like to sell more), therefore it is an easy sell for them.

     ♦ Simple. All of the gift certificates have the same value $20: no change for your members to handle.

     ♦ Real Value. The person who buys the gift certificate gets full value for helping your organization (unlike a sponsorship where you get nothing in return.)

How much can your organization raise in one week with this simple fundraiser?

If you have 25 members and they sell 2 each...$200. If you have 50 members and they sell 2 each...$400. They can choose to sell more and make more. This fundraiser is easy, fast, simple, no risk and has real value. Because...everyone eats out.

Dine & Donate Fundraiser:

In response to the many requests we get for donations to various charities & organizations we have established a "Dine & Donate" program. Very simply, we pledge to donate 10% of your participants and supporters total check (before tax) to your cause for one week.

We will work with you on the week you would like to select for your "Dine & Donate". We also will provide you with an original "Dine & Donate" form and you can make as many copies as you need.

You may begin announcing our pledge at any time, but we recommend you announce it at a event close to the week of your "Dine & Donate". We recommend you also have someone personally pass out forms the day of your event for maximum results.

In addition, should you have any planning meetings (lunch or dinner) at Harold's Inn prior to your event, we will also donate 10% of your total checks on those days. Just call Susan or ask for the manager on duty to make reservations.
